Markbass Warranty Repairs

All Markbass and Markacoustic service/repair needs can be met by e-mailing markbass@vstservice.com

The Markbass warranty is 2 years from Date of Purchase for manufacture defects, 120 days on vacuum tubes. You MUST have an RA# before sending to an Authorized Service Center. Please be advised—faults that cannot be reproduced, operator error issues, and damage caused by misuse or abuse are NOT covered under warranty. Final determination of warranty coverage will be made by the service center.

NOTE: VST Must receive Valid Sales Receipt or you will NOT receive an RA number.

You may submit the form and sales receipt to VST in any of the following ways:

  5. Complete the form and mail it to VST

VST also requires a copy of the original sales receipt to verify warranty status.

Once VST has received your form, we will issue an RA #. This RA# is to be written on the packaging when the item is shipped. This RA# is also to be used in subject lines of e-mails or in any written/verbal communication regarding Markbass products.

Shipping Instructions:

We recommend that all packages be packed securely by UPS/USPS standards, and that insurance and tracking be included. If items require more secure packaging, VST will re-package and add material fees to the cost of shipping.
