Returns

    Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 7 days of purchase, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of shipping any replacement items.


     
Terms

We, Virtual Sounds Technology (VST), will for a period of 90 days following your receipt of the machine, repair or replace at no charge to you, any parts repaired or replaced by us which prove to be defective. If the cause of the difficulty proves to be unrelated to the repairs made during the service call, there will be a charge for parts and/or labor required to correct the unrelated issue at our standard rates. This Warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages such as machine cleanings, improper use, or customer attempted repairs. I understand and agree that repairs completed under any factory or extended warranty that are not paid to the servicer (VST)_ for any reason, that I the owner or representative of the owner agrees that a repairman lien in hereby acknowledged on the merchandise to secure the amount the repairs.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. For quality purposes, electronic components are non-returnable.
Terms apply to all customers, whether shipped-in or dropped off.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by check. International shipments may be subject to seperate duties or customs fees based on the regulations of the specific country being shipped to. Buyer is responsible for any additional dutys/customs fees and/or taxes imposed by their post office or government, these fees are unrelated to our auction or our shipping charge. International buyers please contact your local post office for details. Please allow additional time for delivery - Some countries have delays due to customs processing.
